Originals Vs Compatibles
Here comes the big debate. Which one to go with, the original one or the compatible one? Well, let’s chalk out the differences first and then you can choose wisely.
Firstly Original cartridges have a hefty price tag on them. The prices are often at the higher end which makes printing regularly an expensive task, whereas Compatible ink cartridges cost around 25% less than their original counterparts. This makes them highly popular. But don’t think that the reduced cost comes at the price of the quality. There are many instances where compatible ink cartridges have outdone their original counterparts in performance.
Also Original ink cartridges are not fully loaded and are filled less than their optimal capacity. But compatible ink cartridges often contain around 30% - 50% more ink than an original, sometimes even double. This allows you to print more pages than you would have printed with original cartridges.
With the release of compatible Dell, Epson, Brother, Canon, HP ink cartridges, it is now possible for the consumer to print in volumes without breaking the bank balance.
